These guidlines gives you an estimate of what size storage unit you require. What you can fit in a unit depends on what you are storing and how often you need to access it.
1.5m x 1.5m This unit will hold small furniture and boxes or approximately 80 archive boxes for document storage. |
3m x 2m This unit can hold the contents of an average one bedroom unit. |
3m x 3m This unit can hold the contents of an average two bedroom home/unit. |
4.5m x 3m This unit can hold the contents of an average three bedroom home including refrigerator, washing machine, boxes and small items. |
6m x 3m This unit can hold the content of a large three or four bedroom home or is ideal for the secure storage of a car or boat. |
8m x 3m This unit can hold the contents of a large 4 or 5 bedroom home or a car or boat, or a combination of these. |
